In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "cus888" — refers to the online betting platform operating at cus888.cam, its parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" — means the cus888 website, mobile applications, software interfaces, and all associated services made available to users.
• "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing cus888 services.
• "Funds" — means any monetary value deposited by a User into their Account, including real-money balances and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other wagering product offered by cus888.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available by cus888 to eligible Users.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by cus888 before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary.
• "Eligible Territory" — for the purposes of these Terms, means the Republic of Indonesia.
• "IDR / Rp" — means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, used as the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "WIB" — means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all operational references on the Platform unless stated otherwise.

By accessing the cus888 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and cus888.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. cus888 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Use of the cus888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place a Bet on the Platform. cus888 operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. cus888 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts, household accounts exceeding one per person, or the use of shared devices to circumvent this rule are strictly prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be under any active self-exclusion agreement with cus888 or any other gambling operator, nor subject to any court order restricting your ability to gamble.

To access the full range of cus888 services, you must create a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth.
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your city of residence within Indonesia (e.g., Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali).
• Your preferred banking details for withdrawal purposes (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga account number).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. cus888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Should you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify cus888 immediately via our support email. cus888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation, including a valid government-issued ID (KTP or passport), proof of address, and bank account confirmation.

cus888 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. cus888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits made from unverified sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

cus888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cus888 accepts no responsibility. Deposit funds are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your cus888 Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your Account and verified through our KYC process.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 3 hours for fully verified accounts, subject to banking hours and any scheduled system maintenance. Withdrawals submitted outside of standard WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) may be processed on the next business day.

• Withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri accounts are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours.
• Withdrawals to CIMB Niaga and other supported banks may take up to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are typically instant or near-instant for amounts below Rp 2.000.000.

cus888 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000, involve new or recently changed banking details, or are flagged by our fraud-detection systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing times extended accordingly.

cus888 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering multiplier ranges from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Users only. cus888 reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion if abuse, fraud, or rule violation is suspected.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within a specified period, typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are detailed on the applicable bonus terms page.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each User may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonus Abuse: cus888 employs automated and manual monitoring for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be suspended.

cus888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the relevant promotional page.

All bets placed on cus888 are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other wagering products are published separately in the relevant game or product rules section.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted only upon issuance of a confirmed bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation receipt are considered void.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. For in-play (mix parlay) or live markets, odds fluctuate in real time; the odds applicable are those confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed per market. cus888 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Users or markets at its discretion.
• Palpable Errors: cus888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp"). Users will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to event cancellation, match abandonment, or the occurrence of events that render the original market undeterminable. Stakes on void bets are returned to the User's Account.
• BRI Liga 1 & International Football: For markets on BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and Timnas Indonesia matches), EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and the Champions League, specific settlement rules apply as published in our sports rules documentation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cus888 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under the same or different identity.
• Using false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other form of strategic manipulation designed to exploit the Platform.
• Laundering money or using the Platform as a vehicle for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar anonymization tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cus888 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the cus888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of cus888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of cus888.

The cus888 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of cus888. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cus888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by third-party system failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or results caused by technical faults.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay.

cus888's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cus888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

cus888 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of your data for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and the improvement of our services.

cus888 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data shared with payment processors (such as BCA, BRI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA) is limited strictly to what is required to process your transactions.

cus888 reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming measures — including deposit caps, forced cooling-off periods, or permanent self-exclusion — on any Account where there is evidence that the User may be experiencing problem gambling behavior, without prior notice to the User.

cus888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• User request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Any other circumstance in which cus888 deems it necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Upon Account closure or termination, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of pending bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. cus888 is not obligated to return bonus balances or wagering-requirement-locked funds upon termination for cause.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cus888 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent cus888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

For Users based in Indonesia, these Terms are intended to operate to the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indonesian law. Where any provision conflicts with a mandatory provision of Indonesian law, the mandatory provision shall prevail only to the minimum extent necessary.

cus888 reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cus888 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
